EXCLUDED

  • Not included is the final cleaning of  Eur 200 . This will be paid in cash on arrival.
  • If you want the pool to be heated, please let us know in front. You will pay Eur 50,- per week extra

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of 500 Euro will be paid together with the final balance to Nice2stay. This amount will be refunded a week after the check-out, in case of no damage.

NOTES

  • Minimum stay of 3 nights in low/mid season and 7 nights in high season
  • Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season
  • Arrival after 4pm and check-out before 11am

  • Smoking is only permitted outside
  • In case you will stay for more than one week, linen will be changed and a cleaning will be done

RESERVATION / PAYMENT TERMS / CANCELLATION

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
